City Council presented a proclamation to BCHC for Rendezvous. Mid Valley
Unit members filled the Council Chambers to standing room only. Mayor Curt
Andre made a very nice, personalized speech. John spoke about Rendezvous.
CJ accepted the proclamation and explained to the group about BCHC's purpose
and philosophy.
